Yummy Asian Chicken Flatbreads

Ingredients
Flatbread Sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons of Siracha
1 tablespoon of honey
Chicken Sauce
You Betta Wok Seasoning
Soy sauce
Chili Crunch Oil
Hoisin
Rice Vinegar
Cornstarch
2 eggs (seasoned with you betta wok)
Panko breadcrumbs
Pita Breads/Flatbreads
Chicken thighs or breasts
Cheese of choice
Recipe
Mix all ingredients of the chicken marinade,
Preheat oven to 350 and warm the flatbreads
Mix all ingredients of the sauce for flatbreads and set aside
Mix all ingredients of the chicken sauce
Mix cornstarch, eggs and you betta wok
Lay out breadcrumbs on a plate
Chop chicken into nugget size pieces
Dip the chicken into the egg mix then breadcrumbs
Cook in oil on high heat
Once all chicken is cooked, let sit for a few minutes then toss in chicken sauce
Spread the flatbread sauce on the warmed flatbread
Add nuggets and top with cheese
Bake for an additional 2 minutes
