Tasty Shoyu Ramen

Ingredients
Ramen Noodles
Chicken Broth (4 cups)
Chicken Breast cut into cubes (1 pound)
Soy sauce
Siracha
Corn
Bok choy
Chili crunch oil
Sesame oil
Green Onion
You Betta Wok Seasoning
Recipe
Cube chicken and season with You Betta Wok seasoning and a small amount of oil, set aside if you want to marinate for up to 1 hour
Cook chicken on medium heat in sesame oil add in ¼ cup soy sauce halfway through cooking
In a large pot bring 4 cups chicken broth to a boil
Once at a boil add noodles and separate about a minute after cooking
Add You Betta Wok and a generous amount of soy sauce and siracha to the chicken broth mix
Take noodles out and toss in small amount of sesame oil, set aside
Bring broth back to a boil (if broth too spicy, add a little sugar or water)
While boiling add corn, chicken and bok choy to your serving bowl
Place noodles in bowl, ladling broth over
Add chili crunch oil and green onion as topping
Serve 💁♀️
