Spicy Sheet Pan Summer Gnocchi

Ingredients 

• 1 package of gnocchi 

• 1 pack of small assorted small tomatoes 

• Olive oil 

• Mozzarella balls 

• Basil 

• Balsamic Vinegar Glaze 

• Not Today, Satan Spice 

• Best served with Garlic Bread 

Recipe 

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees 

• Add gnocchi to sheet pan

• Slice tomatoes in half and add to pan 

• Drizzle with olive oil and Not Today Satan Spice

• Stir and bake for 20 minutes 

• Pull out and add mozzarella balls, put back in oven for 3 - 4 minutes

• Add chopped basil and balsamic glaze and stir 

• Serve 💁‍♀️
