Delicious Chicken and Orzo Recipe

Ingredients 

  • Chicken breast

  • Chicken stock 

  • Heavy Cream 

  • Tomato Paste 

  • Garlic 

  • Oil 

  • Breadcrumbs 

  • 2 eggs 

  • Flour 

  • Parmesan Cheese 

  • Shablam Spice Seasoning 

Recipe 

  • Cut chicken into bite sized pieces 

  • Season the chicken, flour, and breadcrumbs with Shablam spice

  • Flour, egg, breadcrumb each piece and panfry in oil 

  • In a large pan put in orzo and toast briefly then add chicken stock just covering the orzo, bring to a boil 

  • Once cooked through, add ½ cup heavy cream, parmesan cheese to your desire, and a touch of Shablam Spice

  • To make the sauce, once chicken is cooked brown the garlic in the leftover oil on low. Add tomato paste and stir in 1/3 cup of chicken broth along with some Shablam seasoning. Top with a splash of heavy cream and stir.

  • Plate the orzo then chicken and top with the sauce 

  • Serve 💁‍♀️
